NajeéNichole Co. is a Minnesota-based mobile wellness business offering professional in-home massage and assisted stretch therapy.
We are seeking a motivated, resourceful, and results-driven independent lead generation specialist to help attract new customers and generate paid appointments.
Our ideal candidate is confident communicating with American customers, understands lead generation and sales conversion, and can independently identify effective ways to reach local customers.
- Research and identify potential customers in Minneapolis and Edina, Minnesota.
- Generate qualified leads through legitimate online marketing, networking, and permission-based outreach.
- Identify potential referral opportunities with local businesses and community organizations.
- Introduce prospective customers to our mobile massage and assisted stretch services.
- Respond professionally to prospective customer questions using approved service information.
- Follow up with interested prospects who have agreed to be contacted.
- Address common customer questions and objections respectfully.
- Encourage qualified prospects to complete bookings through our official website.
- Track leads, referrals, booking conversions, and completed appointments.
- Provide concise weekly performance reports.
- Recommend strategies to improve appointment conversions and customer acquisition costs.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Previous experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or customer acquisition preferred.
- Comfortable communicating with U.S.-based customers.
- Confident, proactive, organized, and dependable.
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with basic spreadsheets or CRM tools.
- Ability to demonstrate an effective approach to acquiring customers for a local U.S. service business.
- Reliable internet connection and appropriate equipment.
- Starting rate: $2.50 USD per hour.
- Additional 10% commission on the first completed, paid booking from each verified new customer you refer.
- Commissions are based on eligible service revenue collected after discounts and refunds, excluding tips and taxes.
- No commission on canceled appointments or existing customers.
- Performance-based opportunity for increased work and compensation.
We will begin with a two-week paid trial of up to 10 billable hours total.
Performance will be evaluated based on lead quality, communication, reliability, customer engagement, and verified completed bookings.
