Role Overview:
The Recruitment Strategist will play a crucial role in Lumotz Global Sports’ recruitment efforts. As a part-time, performance-based role, you’ll be responsible for driving student enrollments by developing and executing recruitment strategies, providing personalized guidance, and ensuring a seamless application process. This is a performance-driven role with attractive earning potential based on the number of students recruited, offering the opportunity to earn millions per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- **Develop & Execute Recruitment Strategies:**Design and implement effective recruitment plans targeting prospective students aligned with Lumotz’s offerings.
- Leverage both traditional and digital methods to reach and engage students, ensuring an effective outreach strategy.
- Collaborate with leadership to create campaigns that appeal to diverse students, meeting recruitment goals.
- **Personalized Student Engagement & Consultation:**Provide one-on-one consultations with prospective students to assess their goals and recommend appropriate academic programs.
- Build relationships by offering tailored program details, emphasizing the benefits of Lumotz’s pathway programs, leadership development, and global learning opportunities.
- **Application & Enrollment Assistance:**Assist students in completing their applications, guiding them from initial documentation to final submission and interview preparation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for students throughout the application cycle, ensuring smooth and timely application processing.
- **Continuous Support & Relationship Management:**Maintain strong relationships with enrolled students, offering mentorship and guidance throughout their academic journey.
- Collaborate with the mentorship team to ensure students have access to resources that help them transition successfully into their academic environment.
- **Achieve Recruitment Targets:**Meet or exceed student recruitment targets on a monthly basis to maximize earning potential.
- Track recruitment progress and performance metrics, adjusting strategies to ensure consistent success.
- **Collaborate with Internal & External Stakeholders:**Work closely with Lumotz leadership and partner institutions to align recruitment efforts with organizational and institutional goals.
- Share insights and feedback with the team to enhance recruitment strategies and outcomes.
Compensation:
- Salary ranges from 100,000 Naira to 300,000 Naira per student recruited.
- As a results-based role, you have the potential to earn millions per month based on performance and student enrollment.
