Part-Time | 25–30 Hours per Week | $7/hour (will increase after 2 months)

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Recruiter Executive Virtual Assistant to support ongoing hiring efforts for a growing cleaning company. This role is ideal for someone with strong recruiting experience, sales confidence, and technical proficiency who can consistently attract and secure qualified part-time cleaners.

We are continuously hiring, so this is a high-impact, ongoing recruitment role.

The Recruiter VA will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates for part-time cleaner positions. The ideal candidate understands how to “sell the opportunity,” manage recruitment workflows, and assist with related administrative tasks during slower hiring periods.

This is not just a sourcing role we need someone who can confidently communicate the value of the position and help convert applicants into hires.

  • Post and manage job listings on platforms such as Facebook and Indeed
  • Source and screen candidates for part-time cleaner roles
  • Conduct initial outreach and interview coordination
  • Communicate job details clearly and persuasively to applicants
  • Maintain organized candidate tracking systems
  • Follow up with applicants to improve conversion rates
  • Utilize Go High Level (or similar CRM systems) to manage applicants
  • Maintain accurate records and update candidate pipelines
  • Support automation workflows related to recruitment
  • Confidently “sell” the job opportunity to potential hires
  • Assist with overflow calls when needed
  • Support ad hoc Executive Assistant-type tasks, such as:
  • Organizing backend forms
  • Managing documents
  • Administrative follow-ups
  • Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
  • Strong communication and sales skills
  • Experience posting jobs on platforms such as Facebook and Indeed
  • Familiarity with Go High Level or similar CRM systems
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable handling phone communication and follow-ups
  • Ability to work independently and manage recruitment pipelines

Preferred:

  • Experience recruiting in service-based industries (cleaning, home services, etc.)
  • Executive Assistant or administrative support experience
