We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and help us identify, attract, and hire top talent.
Position: HR Recruiter
Employment Type: Full-Time / Contract
Work Location: Remote
Responsibilities:
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruiting channels
- Review resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment records
- Support the full hiring process from sourcing to onboarding
- Build strong relationships with candidates and internal teams
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with LinkedIn recruiting and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and priorities
- Good understanding of hiring processes and candidate evaluation
Preferred Skills:
- Experience recruiting for technical roles (IT, Software Engineering, Data, AI)
- Familiarity with sourcing tools and recruitment strategies
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
