Real Estate Virtual Assistant – Operations, Technology & Marketing full time

Starting compensation: $800–$950 USD per month, depending on experience and skills.

We're a U.S.-based real estate business looking for a dependable, tech-savvy Virtual Assistant who enjoys working with computer systems and wants to develop a long-term career.

This is a behind-the-scenes operations and marketing position, not a cold-calling, sales, or customer service role.

We're looking for someone who already has experience with Google Workspace and online business tools, preferably with some exposure to U.S. real estate or MLS systems. You do not need to know every program we use.

We provide paid, hands-on training from your first day, including Zoom training, recorded tutorials, and opportunities to develop specialized skills. There are no fees for company-required training or software.

Real Estate Transactions & Listings

• Assist with preparing contracts and listing documents for licensed agent review.
• Track transaction deadlines, documents, and checklists.
• Prepare property descriptions and MLS listing information.
• Help coordinate administrative tasks with lenders, attorneys, and title companies.
• Learn listing management and brokerage marketing software.

Google Workspace & Business Operations

• Create Google Sheets reports of property sales.
• Track business expenses, receipts, and recurring tasks.
• Organize Google Drive, files, calendars, and project checklists.
• Maintain accurate data and follow established procedures.

Marketing & Social Media

• Create materials using Canva.
• Manage daily social media campaigns.
• Prepare monthly magazine advertisements and neighborhood mailers.
• Research recently sold properties and maintain sales spreadsheets.
• Coordinate direct-mail campaigns, printing, and vendor advertisements.

Client Relationships & Events

• Maintain a CRM database and important client dates.
• Arrange birthday, anniversary, and home purchase anniversary cards.
• Help organize client appreciation events and community projects.

We use Google Workspace exclusively, not Microsoft Office for daily business operations.

You should have basic to intermediate experience with Google Sheets, Docs, Drive, Gmail, and Calendar.

Additional experience with Google Forms, Slides, Vids, YouTube, Sites, or Classroom is a bonus.

We also use Google Gemini and ChatGPT. Basic AI familiarity and a willingness to learn are important.

Experience with Bright MLS, Follow Up Boss, Canva, Basecamp, or other real estate systems is helpful but not required.

We're especially interested in someone who can learn unfamiliar software independently, follow training videos, solve problems, and work comfortably across multiple computer applications.

Monday–Friday | 40 paid hours per week | U.S. Eastern Time

• Initial paid training, approximately 30+ days: 7 AM–12PM Eastern.
• Regular schedule after successful training: 8 AM–5 PM Eastern.
• One 60-minute unpaid meal break.
• Two paid 15-minute rest breaks.

This is an evening/overnight position for Virtual Assistant Freelancer, and applicants must be comfortable adjusting to U.S. daylight saving time changes.

• Reliable computer and high-speed internet.
• Backup internet and a practical power-outage contingency plan.
• Quiet, dedicated workspace and noise-canceling headset.
• Working camera and microphone for Zoom.
• Prompt communication if technical issues arise.
• Comfortable using a company-approved VPN and time-tracking software with periodic screenshots during scheduled working activities.

We value honesty, reliability, curiosity, attention to detail, and the ability to learn.

We're happy to teach our real estate procedures, but you should already be comfortable using computers and eager to learn new systems.

You'll receive ongoing training and feedback, with a compensation review after 90 days and opportunities to grow professionally.
