About the Role
Cadre Crew is looking for Real Estate Virtual Assistants to join our Real Estate Crew team, supporting top-performing real estate agents, brokers, and property managers across the US.
You won’t just be another VA — you’ll be part of a dedicated crew that handles listings, client communications, pipeline tracking, and marketing so our clients can close more deals and grow faster.

What You’ll Do
Lead & Client Support
Answer buyer/seller inquiries via email, SMS, and CRM within same day
Update CRM (Follow Up Boss, KW Command, Dotloop, AppFolio) with 100% accuracy
Listing Management
Prepare and launch property listings (MLS input, property photos, flyers, syndication)
Coordinate with photographers, clients, and agents for listing readiness
Transaction Coordination
Track contracts, signatures, and documents from offer to close
Provide weekly pipeline updates to clients
Market Research & Marketing
Pull comps directly from MLS for accurate pricing
Design flyers, emails, and social media posts in Canva to boost property visibility
What We’re Looking For
At least 1 year VA/Admin experience (real estate experience preferred)
Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken)
Tech-savvy with experience in any of: Dotloop, KW Command, Follow Up Boss, AppFolio, Canva, MLS systems
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in follow-ups
Willing to work night shift (US time zones)
