Key Responsibilities

  • Create professional real estate marketing materials including flyers, property brochures, and listing graphics
  • Design marketing content using Canva for social media, email campaigns, and property promotions
  • Update and manage the company WordPress website, including adding listings, images, and content updates
  • Schedule and publish social media posts using eClincher
  • Produce and edit property videos for listings and marketing campaigns
  • Edit and prepare podcast episodes, including basic video/audio editing and preparing clips for distribution
  • Maintain consistency in branding across all marketing materials
  • Assist with uploading and organizing marketing assets (photos, videos, listing materials)

Required Skills

  • Experience with WordPress website management
  • Proficiency in Canva for marketing design
  • Experience using eClincher or other social media scheduling platforms
  • Ability to create professional real estate flyers and marketing materials
  • Basic video editing skills (property videos and podcast editing)
