We are looking for a reliable and confident communicator to support our real estate team with on-market lead generation. This role focuses on contacting real estate agents, gathering accurate property details, and organizing information for our acquisitions team.
What you’ll do
- Make outbound calls to real estate agents regarding active listings
- Build professional working relationships with agents
- Collect key property details such as listing status, seller motivation, and financing information when available
- Enter call notes and updates into our CRM
- Follow up on conversations to keep opportunities active
- Coordinate with the acquisitions team to review potential deals
- add the word "grapes" in your cover letter to qualify
What we’re looking for
- Strong spoken and written English
- Experience with cold calling, phone outreach, or lead generation
- Comfortable speaking with real estate professionals
- Organized, detail-oriented, and consistent with follow-ups
- Familiarity with CRM systems or spreadsheets
Nice to have
- Experience working with real estate investors or agent outreach
- Basic understanding of real estate transactions or investment strategies
Pay
- Up to $7/hour, based on experience
