Key Responsibilities
• Agent Outreach & Relationship Building — Cold call real estate agents to identify off-market deals, build rapport, and position our company as a reliable, fast-moving buyer
• Property Comping (CMA Analysis) — Pull comparable sales data to assess property values and help determine appropriate offer prices
• Offer Presentation — Communicate verbal and written offers to listing agents clearly and professionally, representing our company’s interests
• Follow-Up Management — Maintain consistent follow-up cadence with agents on active leads, pending offers, and pipeline deals to keep conversations moving
• CRM / Lead Tracking — Log all calls, notes, and deal statuses into our tracking system to ensure no lead falls through the cracks
• Pipeline Reporting — Provide regular updates on outreach activity, lead status, and deal progress
Compensation
• Wage/Salary — Starting pay is $3/hr + $20 per accepted contract + $100 per closed deal. As you get comfortable in the role and deal flow picks up, you can choose to transition to a commission-based structure at 5% per closed deal — giving you unlimited earning potential as the pipeline grows.
