We're a real estate investment company actively acquiring off-market properties across Florida and Oklahoma. We need a sharp, consistent cold caller to work outbound lists and set qualified seller appointments for our acquisitions team.
You'll be calling homeowners from provided lead lists (distressed, absentee, and motivated seller data) to identify interest in selling, gather key property and situation details, and move qualified conversations into our pipeline. This is a high-volume role — you'll be making a large number of dials daily and need to stay consistent, professional, and unbothered by rejection.
We'll provide the dialer, the lead lists, the script/talk-track, and ongoing coaching. You bring the work ethic, clear communication, and ability to build rapport fast on the phone.
