Job Summary: We are expanding our expert network and looking for QA-specialized engineers to support high-volume engineering evaluation work. In this role, you will apply your testing expertise to review, evaluate, and improve the quality of technical outputs, drawing on both your QA fundamentals and your prior experience working with human data workflows.
- Design and execute test cases for functional, regression, and edge-case scenarios.
- Perform manual and automated testing, documenting results with clear, reproducible steps.
- Identify, log, and track bugs utilizing structured reporting methodologies.
- Evaluate and rate technical outputs against defined quality criteria and rubrics.
- Provide detailed written feedback and annotations to drive continuous improvement in output quality.
- Collaborate closely with project teams to refine evaluation guidelines and testing standards.
- Professional Experience: Proven background as a QA Engineer, SDET, Test Engineer, or similar technical role.
- Core QA Competencies: Strong grasp of QA fundamentals including test case design, bug tracking, regression testing, and both manual and automated testing methodologies.
- Tool Proficiency: Expertise in test case design principles, bug tracking systems, and industry-standard test management tools.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities paired with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Communication: Ability to articulate complex findings clearly through comprehensive written reports and verbal discussions.
- Work Ethic: Proactive, self-motivated contributor demonstrating a strong commitment to quality, team collaboration, and ongoing learning.
