We are seeking a detail-oriented Purchase Coordinator to join our team in any state in the United state . Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and process purchase orders in a timely manner.
  • Communicate effectively with vendors, addressing any inquiries or issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions and vendor communications.
  • Monitor inventory levels and forecast purchasing needs based on stock levels.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to maximize cost efficiency.
  • Assist in vendor management by evaluating performance and compliance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align on procurement strategies.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Strong communication skills for effective vendor interactions.
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail in managing procurement processes.
  • Experience in vendor management and negotiation preferred.
  • Proficient in relevant software/tools, such as spreadsheets and procurement management software..
