We are seeking a property manager who can manage an immaculate portfolio with on-tap Leasing, Admin, Accounts, Inspections and New Business. Your key focus will be on ensuring our landlords are receiving high-touch, 5-star customer service.
We offer a full-time 40-hour-a-week property manager position.

- Property Management Experience is a must
- Follow up and Track Maintenance
- Preparing Leases and Supporting Documents
- Processing Applications and Lease Renewals
- Managing Change of Shared Tenancies
- Scheduling Entry, Exit, and Routine Inspections
- Chasing Rental Arrears
- Processing Invoices
- Phone Calls (Inbound and Outbound)
- Email/ Mailbox Management
- Sending out Notices/ Bulk Messages
- Advertising Properties
- Data Entry
- Transcription (Occasionally)
- Assist with Special Projects and Research as Needed (Ad hoc tasks)
- Strictly Maintain Confidentiality of Sensitive Information
- Other Admin Tasks as Required
