We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate software development projects across Web3, AI, and full-stack engineering teams.
Role Overview
As a Project Manager, you will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery while coordinating cross-functional teams and client communication. You should be comfortable managing fast-paced technical projects and ensuring smooth collaboration between developers, designers, and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Manage software development projects from planning to delivery
- Coordinate frontend, backend, blockchain, AI, and QA teams
- Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders
- Track project progress and resolve blockers
- Ensure timely delivery and high-quality execution
- Organize meetings, sprint planning, and reporting
- Improve workflows and project management processes
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in software development
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience managing remote technical teams
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or ClickUp
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Understanding of software development lifecycles
Preferred Technologies
- Experience managing Web3 or AI-related projects
- Technical background in software development
- Familiarity with SaaS or startup environments
- Experience with DevOps or cloud-based workflows
- Client-facing project management experience
- Product management experience is a plus
