About the Role
FVG is seeking a Project Coordinator (Delivery) to support cross-functional fintech initiatives for our client. This role is critical in keeping projects organized, visible, and moving forward in a high-accountability environment.
You will work closely with Delivery Managers, Engineering, Product, Design, Operations, Compliance, and external partners to ensure timelines, dependencies, risks, and communications are effectively managed. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and brings a continuous-improvement mindset to delivery operations.
This role also supports FVG’s commitment to operational excellence by responsibly leveraging AI tools to reduce manual overhead, improve clarity, and streamline delivery workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and action registers
- Coordinate recurring delivery ceremonies including standups, planning sessions, sprint rituals (where applicable), stakeholder check-ins, and launch readiness reviews
- Document meeting notes, decisions, and action items, ensuring timely follow-ups
- Track deliverables across teams, escalate blockers early, and support issue resolution by clarifying ownership and next steps
- Support release and launch coordination, including checklists, change windows, communications, and approvals
- Prepare clear and concise status reports (weekly updates, dashboards, and change summaries) for multiple stakeholders
- Support intake and prioritization processes by ensuring requests are well-defined, documented, and properly triaged
- Improve delivery consistency by standardizing templates, documenting processes, and refining workflows
- Partner with the VP of Delivery to streamline and automate repetitive delivery tasks using AI-enabled tools
- Build and maintain reusable templates, dashboards, and automations (e.g., AI-assisted status updates, meeting summaries, intake forms)
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, delivery operations, or a related role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Linear, Asana, Confluence, Notion, Google Workspace or MS Office, and Slack or Microsoft Teams
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills, including formulas, pivot tables, charts, conditional formatting, and dashboard creation
- Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, AI note-takers, AI-assisted documentation and reporting)
- Experience with basic automations (Zapier, Make, Slack workflows, Jira automation rules, Google Apps Script) is a plus
- Ability to use AI responsibly, including validating outputs and handling sensitive data appropriately
- Comfortable working with technical teams and translating business requirements into actionable delivery tasks
