- Run short (15–20 minute) discovery sessions with users, clients, and key stakeholders, as directed by the client
- Analyze business requirements, customer feedback, software constraints, and UI/UX flows
- Turn raw input into clear, concise documentation—no bloat
- Review requirements with leadership to close gaps and align on direction
- Gather user feedback and review behavior data (such as heat maps) to see what is and isn't working
- Product Scoping, PRDs & Backlog
- Translate approved requirements into PRDs, scopes of work, epics, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Audit existing builds and integrations before scoping, so the team extends rather than rebuilds
- Ask the questions that expose gaps early and flag risks and unknowns
- Help size and prioritize the backlog while advancing 2–3 feature projects at once
- Review concept prototypes and contribute creative, customer-centric, churn-reducing feature ideas
- Developer Hand-off & Project Coordination
- Brief the development team on approved PRDs, scopes, and visual prototypes
- Serve as the primary liaison between business needs and the dev team, working closely with the internal Developer PM
- Run the board day to day: cards, statuses, blockers, and sprint check-ins
- Obtain timelines from developers, track milestones, and flag scope changes that affect dates or budget
- Chase developers and stakeholders for answers and decisions
- Product QA & Testing
- Write test cases from acceptance criteria and test new features on staging before release
- Validate that features work as designed and deliver the intended user experience—not just that they're bug-free
- Log bugs with steps, screenshots, and severity; retest fixes and sign off or send back
- Run regression checks on core flows before each release
- Help the support team reproduce and escalate user-reported issues, and join customer calls when product issues need investigating
- Product Documentation & Communication
- Keep PRDs, user stories, release notes, feature guides, and FAQs current
- Maintain a clear record of product decisions and why they were made
- Send a short weekly update covering what's done, what's next, and what's blocked
- Share short, bulleted QA summaries with leadership
- Document completed features so marketing can prepare launch campaigns
- Member Training & Support
- Run onboarding and how-to sessions for members
- Build short guides, videos, and walkthroughs
- Answer member questions and triage issues as a fix, bug, or feature request
- Spot repeat questions and feed them back into the product and the docs

- Work from home
Experience:
