I am looking for an experienced WordPress developer to PERFECT and POLISH several small websites.
THIS IS A FIXED-PRICE PROJECT, NOT AN HOURLY-RATE POSITION.
You should have built at least 25 websites from scratch and have real experience with WordPress backend technical work, plugins, configurations, and website functionalities.
You must also have experience setting up interactive quizzes/contests, including quizzes that can be used for prizes or cash promotions.
Good spoken English is required so we can communicate clearly about technical details. A video interview is required.

These are small websites, and several are nearly identical. Six Paragon CUT sites share essentially the same layout, structure, and color scheme. The three personal sites are also structurally similar. Some sites contain only static pages.
The main creative and technical work is concentrated on two sites: Dr. Debonair and Paragon CUT Books. Once those are completed, the work can be efficiently duplicated across the similar sites.
Dr. Debonair is approximately 95% complete, so only a small amount of work remains. Studios and Beauties require some additional development.
The freelancer will:
• Technically evaluate and diagnose all websites.
• Check functionality, plugins, configurations, and backend issues.
• Fix problems found and document what was checked and corrected.
• Polish the websites visually and improve their appearance and interactivity.
• Add appropriate creative effects and interactive features.
• Complete unfinished development on Beauties and Studios.
• Set up promotional pages for quizzes and contests.
• Maintain the websites after the initial work is completed.
The first two main websites must be completed within 4 days.
The duplicated work on the remaining similar domains must be completed within 7 additional days, for a maximum of 11 days.
Additional development for Studios and Beauties must be completed within 6 additional days, for a maximum of 17 days total.
Only accept the project if you have the skills and availability to meet these deadlines.
This is a FIXED-PRICE project.
The initial work on the 9 sites has a fixed payment of $90.
Additional work on 3 other simple websites, plus bonuses, brings the total fixed payment to $140.
There is also a royalty opportunity of up to $150 based on qualifying book sales.
The freelancer may select one option:
The 30-day royalty period begins when the first qualifying book is sold.
The work must be completed correctly and within the agreed contractual deadlines to qualify for payment. There is no partial payment for incomplete work or work that misses the agreed deadline.
Please do not accept the project unless you are confident you can complete it correctly and on time.
We are looking for someone who is reliable, communicates promptly, follows instructions, solves problems independently, and takes responsibility for producing correct results.
Please be prepared to explain your previous WordPress projects, technical experience, plugin/functionality experience, and quiz/contest experience.
Please provide examples of websites you have built or managed and be prepared to discuss your previous work during the video interview.
