- Proven experience in photo editing, preferably in real estate photography
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop
- Understanding of real estate photo editing techniques
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and quick turnaround times
- Good communication skills
- Reliable internet connection and computer capable of handling high-resolution images
- Ability to follow editing guidelines and maintain brand consistency
- Experience editing luxury real estate photos
- Experience with batch editing workflows
- Experience with AI tools or automation workflows
- Edit real estate photos according to company editing standards
- Perform color correction, exposure adjustments, and perspective corrections
- Execute window pulls and sky replacements when needed
- Ensure images look bright, natural, and professionally polished
- Deliver edited photos within required turnaround times
- Maintain organized file management
- Communicate with the team regarding revisions or special requests
