Flywheel Investors is a US-based commercial real estate investment firm specializing in self-storage and industrial facilities across Texas. We are looking for a high-caliber professional with strong English skills to join our team - someone who can or has mastered facility-related property management and support operations.

The Opportunity

You will start with a Property Management focus and cross-trained in Support and other departments, positioning you as a central pillar of our daily operations. This position is an opportunity that has tremendous upside potential. 

  • Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (5 days a week). Potential for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun).
  • Compensation: Starting at $1,217+/month ($7.00/hr minimum) and increasing based on performance.

Your Responsibilities

Property & Tenant Management

  • Operational Oversight: Manage daily property health, overseeing maintenance, repairs, and policy enforcement.
  • Tenant Relations: Act as the primary point of contact via phone, email, and text, delivering professional, prompt solutions.
  • Vendor Coordination: Source and manage contractors to ensure facilities meet our high standards.

Financials & Data Management

  • Financial Oversight: Handle budget preparation, expense tracking, and invoice approvals.
  • Records Integrity: Maintain meticulously accurate leases, contracts, and compliance docs.
  • Reporting: Provide high-level daily priority updates and comprehensive end-of-day reports.

Systems & Strategy

  • Process Improvement: Identify operational bottlenecks and implement smarter workflows.
  • Knowledge Base: Build and refine SOPs in Google Docs to scale our internal training.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct market research and recommend new software/tools to keep us competitive.

Experience & Requirements:

  • Philippines-based Virtual Assistant with a minimum 2-year college degree and/or 3–8 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in English (written & verbal, C1-C2 level).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar), Calendly, and task management tools like Asana, Freshdesk, and Slack.
  • Preferred: Experience in Facility-related or Real Estate VA background. An Engineering background is a strong plus.

Technical Requirements: Computer (8GB RAM or higher), reliable internet (5 Mbps upload, 25 Mbps download), noise-canceling headset with a microphone, backup internet, and electricity.

Ideal Candidate: Has Property Management experience, proactive, forward-thinking, inquisitive and has a positive attitude.
