We are looking for a Freelance Sales Operations & Performance Manager capable of structuring, managing, and optimizing the company’s commercial operations.

The objective is to build a highly disciplined, fast-moving, structured, and results-oriented sales organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Structure and manage the sales pipeline
  • Organize CRM and lead management
  • Supervise daily commercial follow-ups
  • Monitor KPIs and team performance
  • Optimize sales conversions
  • Coordinate lead generators and sales teams
  • Implement strong operational discipline
  • Build dashboards and reporting systems
  • Quickly identify performance bottlenecks
  • Maintain fast and efficient execution

COMPENSATION — FIRST MONTH

The first month will operate primarily under a performance and commission-based structure in order to help the company rapidly build its first commercial and operational results.
