We are looking for a Freelance Sales Operations & Performance Manager capable of structuring, managing, and optimizing the company’s commercial operations.
The objective is to build a highly disciplined, fast-moving, structured, and results-oriented sales organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Structure and manage the sales pipeline
- Organize CRM and lead management
- Supervise daily commercial follow-ups
- Monitor KPIs and team performance
- Optimize sales conversions
- Coordinate lead generators and sales teams
- Implement strong operational discipline
- Build dashboards and reporting systems
- Quickly identify performance bottlenecks
