Position: Part-Time Virtual Assistant & Creative Strategist

Working Hours: Flexible but ideally 9am - 12am EST. 15 hours/week: 3 hours per day, 5 days per week.

Compensation: $2-4 / hour depending on past experience. Applicants without prior experience will be trained by us and are welcome to apply.

We are seeking a self-driven and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our team with making creatives (video and image advertisements) for our e-commerce marketing for our digital agency. This role is perfect for someone who is tech-savvy, creative, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. The role’s main responsibility is to think of new advertisement ideas and to create them in CapCut as video ads and in Canva as graphics, which requires you to be creative and a self-starter.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create video and image advertisements according to the provided Standard Operating Protocols
• Research and evaluate creatives in the industry and draw inspiration from them
• Come up with new creative concepts to test
• Use Canva, Capcut & Elevenlabs to generate net new creatives
• Meet deadlines for creative delivery
• Replicate winning creative concepts into new advertisements
• Collaborate with the team and provide timely updates
• Translate creatives into different languages using DeepL

Requirements:

• Must-have: Proficiency in English, self-driven attitude and must be a creative thinker.
• Experience with Capcut and Canva is an asset
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant or in an administrative role is an asset
• Prior experience as a video editor or graphic designer is an asset
