We are currently hiring a detail-oriented Purchase Coordinator to join our growing retail operations team. This is a remote, part-time opportunity designed for individuals who are organized, reliable, and comfortable communicating with vendors and managing procurement tasks.

Requirement: Applicants must currently reside in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Process and coordinate purchase orders efficiently

• Communicate with vendors regarding orders, pricing, and delivery updates

• Maintain accurate procurement and vendor records

• Monitor inventory levels and assist with purchasing forecasts

• Support vendor management and supplier negotiations

• Work with internal teams to ensure smooth purchasing operations

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

• Experience with spreadsheets or procurement tools is a plus
