We are hiring a Part-Time Prospecting VA with a US or near US accent to help transition clients from a recently closed business to another.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to a contact list of 1,640 clients
Follow call scripts and email templates
Secure appointments for a complimentary exam using EzyVet
Transfer calls to Heart of Chelsea team members when needed
Send follow-up emails after outreach
Once booked, pull client PDF overviews from Shepherd
Set clients up in the SOC for reminders
Requirements:
Strong verbal English with a US or near-US accent required
Comfortable with outbound calling, handling rejection, and persistent follow-up
Experience with appointment setting and CRM/system updates preferred
Able to learn and use EzyVet, Shepherd, and 3CX softphone
Organized, reliable, and confident on the phone
