We are a growing company based in New York City looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive Part-Time Virtual Assistant to provide general administrative support on a remote, independent contractor basis.
Key Responsibilities (approx. 2+ hours per day, 7 days a week):
Email management: sorting, responding to routine inquiries, and flagging important messages
Calendar and scheduling management: coordinating appointments, meetings, and reminders
Basic research tasks
Preparing simple reports
The workload is consistent part-time work — about 2+ hours per day, every day of the week (roughly 14–20+ hours per week total). Tasks may vary slightly day to day. We value someone who is detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable working independently with clear communication.
This role is open to beginners with strong organizational skills and good English. Prior VA or admin experience is helpful but not required. We welcome applicants from the US and other locations who can align with New York time zone needs.
This is not a full-time employee position — it's flexible remote contractor work.
