Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Part-Time Executive Virtual Staff for a global business consultancy specializing in price and margin excellence.

We are looking for the following specific requirements

  • At least 3+ years of experience working as an Executive Virtual Assistant providing end-to-end support in Back-End and Operations Processes to C-Suite and Higher Management.
  • Proven experience in customer/client service across different platforms (email, chat, and phone).
  • Proficiency with CRMs and technical tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, Microsoft Outlook, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Availability to work 20+ hours per week following CST timezone.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain remote team relationships based on trust, accountability, and integrity.

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Communication Management: Handle emails, manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and ensure seamless team and client communication.
  • Data Entry and CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRMs like HubSpot and Apollo, tracking client interactions.
  • Document Organization: Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Office and other tools.
  • Task Coordination: Manage task lists, set reminders, and ensure all deadlines are met through consistent follow-ups.
  • Client Collaboration: Collaborate with clients to ensure their satisfaction through effective communication, timely delivery, and high-quality support.
  • Relationship Management: Manage day-to-day relationships with clients, ensuring compliance with established processes and protocols.
