We are looking for a motivated Dutch-speaking Part-Time Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter to join our growing remote team. This is a high-volume recruitment role focused on sourcing, interviewing, and hiring Dutch-speaking chat operators.

- Approximately 20 hours per week (CET)
- Flexible schedule with consistent availability during agreed working hours
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates
- Conduct structured interviews in Dutch and English
- Coordinate with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain an organized recruitment pipeline and accurate applicant records
- Ensure a professional candidate experience from application through to onboarding
- Meet hiring targets in a high-volume recruitment environment
- Previous experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Fluent Dutch (C1 or higher) with the ability to communicate confidently in English (C1)
- Excellent interviewing and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Experience recruiting for remote positions is an advantage
Base Salary: $250/month for approximately 20 hours per week
Performance Incentive: +$10 for every chatter hired who remains active for at least 30 days
