We have more than six years of experience, have delivered over 50 business solutions, and have contributed to more than 10 AI-focused projects.
We’re looking for a detail-oriented freelance specialist to support AI training and data quality projects. This role may suit someone with experience in AI evaluation, data annotation, quality assurance, or analytical work.
Assignments may involve reviewing text, images, or video against detailed project guidelines. The available tasks and their requirements may vary. The role requires approximately one hour of availability per day when assignments are active.
- Annotate and classify text, image, or video data according to project-specific guidelines.
- Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, relevance, completeness, helpfulness, safety, and instruction-following.
- Compare AI responses or search results using task rubrics and explain decisions with clear, evidence-based reasoning.
- Review data labels and AI outputs for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project requirements.
- Perform image comparisons or, when assigned, video annotation such as identifying actions and marking relevant time boundaries.
- Identify unclear instructions or ambiguous cases and raise them for review instead of making unsupported assumptions.
- Maintain consistent, well-documented work while meeting agreed quality and turnaround expectations.
You may be a good fit if you:
- Currently reside in the United States or Europe and are legally eligible to freelance in your location.
- Have previous experience in AI evaluation, data annotation, content or data quality assurance, or a related analytical role.
- Can carefully follow detailed instructions, taxonomies, and evaluation rubrics.
- Write clearly and can explain decisions using evidence from the task.
- Are comfortable reviewing text and, ideally, image or video data.
- Work reliably and independently, including when guidelines change or a case is ambiguous.
- Can offer around one hour of availability per day while assignments are active.
Experience with LLM evaluation, multimodal annotation, robotic activity or human–robot interaction labeling, search relevance, Python, or spreadsheet-based analysis is a plus.
- Estimated monthly compensation of $2,000–$3,000, depending on qualifications, approved work, workload, and assignment availability.

The compensation range is an estimate, not guaranteed monthly pay or a fixed salary. Work volume and payment terms will be explained before you accept an assignment.
