About the Role
We are building a pool of qualified Paralegals to support our U.S. law firm clients as opportunities arise. This is not an immediate placement; shortlisted candidates will be prioritized and matched with clients based on skill set, experience, and availability when openings become available.
Key Responsibilities
Draft and review legal documents, pleadings, motions, and correspondence
Assist attorneys with case preparation and litigation support
Prepare supporting documents and organize exhibits
Review discovery materials and identify deficiencies or missing information
Manage and maintain case files and legal records
Assist with e-filing documents with U.S. courts
Coordinate with attorneys and internal team members regarding deadlines and case status
Perform other litigation or transactional support tasks as needed
Required Qualifications
Proven experience working with a U.S. law firm (mandatory)
Solid understanding of U.S. legal procedures and documentation
Strong legal drafting and proofreading skills
Familiarity with court e-filing systems (state and/or federal preferred)
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Preferred Experience
Background in Personal Injury, Civil Litigation, or similar practice areas
Experience supporting attorneys remotely
Familiarity with legal case management software
