We’re looking for Outreach Operators who can start conversations with potential clients, warm them up, and pass real interested leads to our Setters.

This is a commission‑only, independent‑contractor role with full flexibility.

Use any platforms you prefer, including:

• Instagram
• LinkedIn
• X
• Email
• WhatsApp
• Discord
• Google Maps
• Yelp
• Niche directories

You choose your own niches, channels, and outreach style.

Send personalized messages that open a real conversation.

A warm lead is someone who:

• Responds
• Shows interest
• Is open to hearing more
• Could realistically become a client

Low‑quality or uninterested people do not count.

Add each warm lead to the Warm_Leads sheet with:

• Contact info
• Platform
• Business name
• Short message summary

Setters take over from there.

• You’re comfortable doing outbound outreach
• You can personalize messages
• You enjoy starting conversations
• You want a flexible, performance‑based role

• People who avoid outreach
• People who need hourly pay
• People who send low‑quality or uninterested leads
• People who don’t track their work

• Commission‑only
• Outreach Operators earn 5% commission on every closed deal from leads they warmed. This typically comes out to around $25–$485 for you per sale, depending on project size.
• Paid via Direct Bank Transfer, Wise, or PayPal

Before full access, we use a short trial window so you can test the workflow and we can confirm lead quality.

During the 7‑day trial, successful Outreach Operators warm 5 real, high‑quality leads and log them correctly in the Warm_Leads sheet.

Any deals that close from your warmed leads — even during the trial — earn full commission.
