Outbound Sales Representative & Appointment Setter fixed price

We are seeking high-energy Business Development Representatives to join our global outbound team. We are specifically looking for talent from Bosnia, South Africa, Egypt, Romania, Serbia, Albania, Kosovo, and Macedonia.

In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to B2B leads and conducting high-volume outreach to secure appointments for the sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct consistent outbound calling (target: 20 calls/hour).
• Engage B2B leads and qualify them for the sales pipeline.
• Secure and schedule appointments for the senior sales team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Outbound Calling or Appointment Setting.
• Exceptional English proficiency with a clear, neutral accent.
• Ability to maintain a steady pace and meet outreach targets.
• Strong understanding of sales psychology and objection handling.

Monthly Compensation (Base Pay):

• Bosnia: $800 with commission
• South Africa: $700 with commission
• Egypt- Expert callers $300 with commission
• Other Listed Countries: Starting from $800.
