We’re hiring an Outbound DM Setter to consistently bring in high-quality creator applications and book screening calls through manual outreach on Instagram and X (Twitter).
This is not strategy, content planning, or posting.
This is hands-on outbound messaging, follow-ups, and appointment setting.
You’ll be supported with scripts, SOPs, and a simple tracking sheet. You execute daily.
- Clear process, scripts, and daily expectations (no guessing)
- Consistent weekly hours (around 20 hrs/week)
- Paid 7-day trial, then long-term for strong performers
- Performance incentives/commissions tied to results (calls booked and/or signed creators)
- Real growth path into outreach leadership and team lead as we scale
- Find creators who match our target profile on IG + X
- Send personalised, manual DMs using our framework
- Follow up 2–3 times in a structured, respectful way
- Guide qualified creators toward an application and/or a booked call
- Track outreach activity and outcomes in Google Sheets
- End of shift: send a short report (new creators messaged, replies, follow-ups completed, notes/issues)
You’ll qualify creators by:
- Links in bio (Linktree, subscription platform link, etc.)
- Content style, audience, and positioning
- Signals they are actively creating and open to growth
Your openers must be personalised and based on their content so it feels human, not scripted.
- Manual outreach only (no bots, scraping, automation, mass DM tools)
- No AI for any prospect-facing messages (openers, follow-ups, replies)
- Strong written English (must sound human and respectful)
- Consistent follow-up discipline and daily reporting
- Only contact accounts clearly 18+ (target is subscription creators)
- Part-time: around 20 hours/week
- 7-day paid trial, then ongoing if performance is strong
- Hourly pay based on experience + performance incentives/commissions
We track daily:
- DMs sent
- Replies received
- Follow-ups completed
- Applications generated
- Calls booked
If tracking is sloppy, messages are generic/spammy, or follow-ups are inconsistent, the trial ends.
