Requirements:
Proven B2B outbound experience,
NATIVE-LEVELl German,
track record of KPIs, familiarity with CRMs (we use Aircall), excellent communication, and resilience.
You must call during German business hours (10–14h).

First, a mock call test; then a paid trial week (10 euros/hour, 10–20 hours).
Next, 4 weeks at 15 euros/hour (4–5 hours/week).
Success leads to 20 euros/hour plus bonuses after 12 weeks
