Outbound B2B Cold Caller English and or German hourly

As a leading B2B service provider, we’re hiring an experienced outbound call center agent specialized in cold calling.

Requirements:

Proven B2B outbound experience,

native-level German and/ or English,

track record of KPIs, familiarity with CRMs (we use Aircall), excellent communication, and resilience.

You must call during German business hours ( starting hours beetween 11 am and 2 pm German time).

B2B call center history, and written references.

First, a paid trial week ( 8$/hour, 10–20 hours).

Next, 4 weeks at 10 $/hour (4–5 hours/week).

Success leads to 15 $/hour plus bonuses after 8 weeks
