You will take our existing content and grow our reach across social platforms, turn attention into followers, and turn followers into leads. We want to see real organic growth first, then scale what works. • Responsibilities: Build and execute an organic growth strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn. Repurpose and optimize existing content per platform (hooks, captions, hashtags, posting times, formats). Grow followers, reach, engagement month over month — with analytics to prove it. Convert organic traffic into leads: profile funnels, CTAs, DMs, lead magnets. Weekly growth reports. Stay on top of algorithm changes and trends. • Requirements: Proven track record growing social accounts ORGANICALLY — show accounts grown with before/after numbers. Deep understanding of 2-3 major platforms. Strong copywriting for hooks, captions, CTAs. Analytical: you read insights and adjust on data. Experience turning social audiences into business leads is a major plus. • Offer: Fully remote, flexible schedule, negotiable pay ($8-$20/hr starting range, based on experience) + performance bonuses tied to growth and lead targets.
