We are looking for an execution-focused Operations Representative to support the Founder during the launch phase.
Role
You will act as the Founder’s right hand, focusing on execution, coordination, and performance tracking.
Responsibilities
- Represent the Founder in selected internal meetings
- Coordinate sales, development, SEO, and branding teams
- Ensure processes are properly executed
- Track KPIs and team performance
- Deliver clear weekly reports
- Identify operational issues and propose improvements
Compensation
- Commission-based during the first 6 weeks
- Variable compensation linked to overall company performance
- No fixed base initially
After 6 weeks:
- Potential transition to fixed base + performance bonuses.

- Strong organizational and communication skills
