CLEANEY is a fast-growing commercial cleaning company based in Melbourne, Australia. We provide professional cleaning services to offices, medical centres, gyms, childcare centres and other commercial facilities. We are now expanding into House Cleaning.
We are looking for a highly organised Filipino Operations & Accounts Coordinator to join our team. This role involves managing daily operations, communicating with cleaners, handling customer enquiries, and managing invoicing and reconciliation inside Xero.
This is a serious full-time role for someone who is organised, calm under pressure, confident solving problems, and comfortable using modern software systems.
• Manage daily job operations and scheduling
• Communicate with cleaners regarding jobs, changes, and issues
• Handle operational problems and resolve them quickly
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer enquiries
• Respond to and manage company emails
• Create and send invoices
• Perform daily bank reconciliation in Xero
• Ensure invoices and payments are correctly recorded
• Maintain organised financial records
• Record notes and update job information in our systems
• Communicate with the internal team regarding jobs and schedules
You must be comfortable learning and using:
• ServiceM8 – job management system
• Slack – internal team communication
• Outlook 365 – email communication
• Xero – invoicing and daily reconciliation
You must already understand Xero well, including reconciliation and invoice management.
• Excellent spoken and written English (very clear communication required)
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Confident speaking with customers and cleaners on the phone
• Strong professional email writing skills
• Strong experience using Xero
• Able to follow systems and processes
• Comfortable using multiple software platforms
• Highly organised and reliable
• Fast and reliable internet connection
• Noise-cancelling headset required
• Quiet professional workspace
This role requires full focus during work hours.
You must not be caring for children or working another job at the same time.
Full-time position aligned with Australian business hours.

9:00 AM – 5:00 PM AEST
