We are hiring a native-level English speaker for a full-time remote Technical Communication & Engineering Coordinator role focused on translating complex technical ideas into clear documentation and structured communication. This is not a virtual assistant position and involves close collaboration with engineering and product teams. The role includes writing and refining technical specifications, product requirements, and internal documentation while ensuring clarity across distributed teams. You will coordinate communication between developers, product managers, and stakeholders and help maintain consistency in technical workflows and project updates. Strong understanding of software development concepts such as frontend, backend, APIs, and cloud systems is required. Excellent written and spoken English at a native or near-native level is essential, along with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Familiarity with tools such as Notion, Jira, or Slack is preferred. The position is full-time and long-term, and candidates must be able to overlap with US Pacific Time working hours.
