  • Build automation workflows using N8n and integrate with third-party APIs, especially Google Ads, Meta Ads, Slack, ClickUp, Notion, Looker Studio, and others.
  • Develop AI-powered assistants that summarize client account performance, respond to triggers, or generate internal alerts and reports.
  • Integrate Claude and other LLMs for task handling, summaries, notifications, or creative suggestions.
  • Create internal automations to improve operations: onboarding workflows, team reminders, daily/weekly sync tasks, AI brief generators, etc.
  • Work with our COO and other leads to map out repeatable tasks and build out corresponding automations.
  • Improve and scale our agency SOPs by making them dynamic, AI-driven, and self-updating via ClickUp or Slack.
  • Connect campaign data from Google Ads, Meta, Triple Whale, or other sources into Slack alerts or dashboards.
  • Ensure systems are secure, stable, and easy to maintain or hand over if needed.
  • Build reusable modules and document the logic behind them for future scaling.
  • Suggest, test, and improve automation strategies using Claude, Zapier, and Make.com alongside N8n.

You must be experienced or highly familiar with:

  • N8n (self-hosted or cloud)
  • Zapier and Make.com
  • APIs (RESTful APIs, auth, endpoints, tokens, webhooks, etc.)
  • Slack API & ClickUp API
  • Claude, GPT-4, and other AI tools
  • Google Ads API (basic understanding at minimum)
  • Notion / Google Sheets / Airtable / Webhooks

  • AI-based Slack alerts when Google Ads performance drops
  • ClickUp automations to assign tasks based on campaign status
  • Claude-powered account summary bots delivered weekly to Slack
  • Client onboarding flow that auto-syncs with Slack, ClickUp, and Google Sheets
  • Google Ads spend + ROAS trackers connected to Looker or Notion
  • Internal "creative reminder" bots that ping when new ads are due
  • KPI dashboards that self-update and send proactive alerts
  • Dynamic SOPs and checklists for media buyers, triggered by ad events
