JMO Communications is looking for a precision-oriented MIT Project Manager to join our team. If you are the kind of person who finds deep satisfaction in a perfectly executed Gantt chart and loves the "delivery" phase more than the "pitch" phase, you’ll fit right in.
This is a non-sales role. Your focus is entirely on the "how"—taking client visions and turning them into operational reality. You will be the engine room of our client projects, ensuring that every deliverable is met with quality, every stakeholder is in the loop, and every deadline is respected.
The Role at a Glance
As an MIT Project Manager, you are responsible for the end-to-end execution of client projects. You aren't just watching the clock; you’re driving the results. You will manage the lifecycle of a project from the initial kickoff through to the final deliverable, ensuring the client experience is seamless and the operational output is elite.
Core Responsibilities
Who You Are
The ideal candidate is a high-energy, execution-focused professional who consistently prioritizes "getting it done" over just talking about it.
You bring a rigorous operational mindset to the table—genuinely enjoying the structure of systems, checklists, and seamless workflows—while acting as a poised communication pro who can navigate diverse personalities and keep stakeholders calm and informed.
With a detail-oriented eye that catches the small things before they become big problems, you approach every task with a deep sense of accountability, taking full and prideful ownership of every assigned project and its ultimate outcome.
Key Requirements
Note: This role is focused exclusively on project execution and client experience management. It does not involve cold calling, lead generation, or sales targets.
