Job Description
We are an e-commerce brand (Jabees) in the wellness & lifestyle / consumer electronics space, looking for an experienced Meta Ads Specialist to manage and optimize our Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns.
This role is hands-on and performance-focused. We are not looking for an agency or a general digital marketer — we want someone who understands Meta Ads deeply and can own results.
Responsibilities
• Set up, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
• Build and manage audiences (cold, retargeting, lookalikes)
• Launch and manage conversion-focused campaigns (sales, add-to-cart, traffic when appropriate)
• Plan and execute structured A/B tests (creatives, audiences, hooks, formats)
• Monitor performance daily and optimize based on CPA / ROAS
• Provide clear weekly performance reports with insights and next steps
• Collaborate with us on creative direction (we can provide assets, but you should guide testing)
Requirements
• Proven experience managing Meta Ads for e-commerce / DTC brands
• Able to explain why campaigns perform well or poorly
• Data-driven, organized, and reliable with communication
• Comfortable managing small to mid-sized ad budgets and scaling responsibly
