Job Title: Marketing Team Leader
Location: Remote / New Zealand
Pay: $20 NZD per hour (first month)
Hours: 30 hours per week
About the Role
We’re looking for 20 driven, ambitious individuals to join us as a Marketing Team Leaders. To market our freshly launched OctoV Vpn for windows. No experience is required – just a strong desire to succeed. This is a performance-based role with real growth potential.
First Month (Trial Period)
- Pay: $20 NZD per hour
- Hours: 30 hours per week 5 days per week
- Goal: Achieve 5 sales per day, every day 5 days per week consistently
- Outcome: If goals are met, pay increases after the first month
After the First Month (Growth Phase)
- Pay increase for those who hit the daily sales targets consistently
- Top performers who exceed required goals will receive a hefty bonus
- Successful marketers will become Team Leaders
- As a Team Leader, you will recruit and manage your own team after the successful trial.
Requirements
- ✅ No experience necessary
- ✅ Reliable internet and ability to work 30 hours/week
- ✅ Strong self-discipline and goal-focused mindset
- ✅ Desire to earn more through performance, focus and dedication
- ✅ If you fail to reach required goals you will be paid $10NZ per sale excluding “free trial” sales.
