About the Role
📣 🎉 Virtual Teammate is seeking a Marketing Lead – Client Acquisition to own and drive end-to-end marketing campaigns with one clear objective: generate qualified leads. This role is ideal for a strategic yet hands-on marketer who has successfully launched and scaled acquisition campaigns across multiple channels and industries, and who understands how to align creative execution with measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
✔️ Lead and execute client acquisition campaigns across multiple digital channels
✔️Plan, launch, optimize, and scale paid advertising on LinkedIn, Google, Facebook, and Instagram
✔️Develop and oversee campaign strategies from concept through execution
✔️Create, review, and optimize high-converting copy, visuals, and video content
✔️Ensure all campaigns align with brand positioning and growth targets
✔️Collaborate with leadership to define target audiences, niches, and funnels
✔️Track campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize for ROI, CPL, and conversion rates
✔️Manage SEO initiatives to drive consistent inbound lead generation
✔️Test new channels, creatives, messaging, and strategies to continuously improve results
Required Skills & Experience
✅ Proven experience as a Marketing Lead, Growth Marketer, or Client Acquisition Specialist
✅Strong background in graphic design (Canva, Adobe, or similar tools)
✅Excellent copywriting skills for ads, landing pages, and social media
✅Solid understanding of SEO and content optimization
✅Hands-on experience running paid ads on:
LinkedIn Ads
Google Ads
Facebook & Instagram Ads
✅Video editing skills for ads and short-form content (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
✅Demonstrated success in launching and managing campaigns with measurable results
✅Experience working across multiple niches and industries (portfolio or proof required)
