About the role
We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Executive to run our video and social media, open up new sources of leads and grow our courses, using AI at every step. You’ll be trusted with real work from week one, in a small team.
The role at a glance
- Main focus: video and social media (about 60% of your time)
- Location: Bangkok preferred, with regular in-person shoot days. Vietnam or Cambodia considered if you can fly in when needed (travel for agreed shoot days is covered)
- Hours: full time, Bangkok business hours (ICT)
- Engagement: independent contractor, paid monthly on invoice
- Experience: 1 to 3 years in video, social media or digital marketing
- Start: as soon as possible
What you’ll do
- Plan, film and edit short-form video with our founder and at workshops and events, using AI editing tools
- Run LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube for the company and our founder, posting every working day
- Own the content calendar, and design carousels and graphics
- Run enrolment campaigns for our online courses, sprints and membership, and build and send the newsletter
- Be the day-to-day contact for our marketing and PR agencies
- Track every lead from your channels and send a short weekly report
What we’re looking for
- Able to film and edit short-form video on your own, from idea to published post
- Experience running and growing social media accounts
- Daily, practical use of AI tools such as Claude
- A good eye for design, strong written English and good spoken English
- Organised, reliable and comfortable working independently
- Nice to have: paid ads, B2B or course marketing, AI video tools, comfortable on camera
Compensation
- Monthly retainer: USD 1,000
- Lead bonus: USD 250 for each month the lead target is hit (target agreed in your first month)
- On-target total: USD 1,250 a month
- Also included: paid AI tools, full access to our AI courses and live sessions, and travel for agreed shoot days
