Job Overview:

We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Market Expansion and Monetization Lead to drive the growth and revenue potential of our products or services in new and existing markets. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, developing go-to-market strategies, and creating monetization models that maximize profitability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to expand our market presence and ensure the successful execution of strategies that enhance both customer acquisition and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the identification and analysis of new market opportunities and potential customer segments.
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand market share in targeted regions or industries.
  • Create and implement effective monetization strategies for products or services, including pricing models and sales funnels.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to refine expansion strategies and identify growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with product, marketing, sales, and finance teams to ensure successful market entry and monetization efforts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and industry influencers.
  • Monitor market performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet revenue and growth targets.
  • Drive data-driven decision-making by analyzing key metrics and reporting on the success of market expansion initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in market expansion, business development, or monetization strategy roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully expanding into new markets and generating revenue.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with market research, pricing strategies, and financial modeling.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to execute on long-term growth plans while adapting to market changes.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in SaaS, tech, or global market expansion.
  • Familiarity with market segmentation, customer acquisition, and retention strategies.
  • Knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).
