**Job Overview: **

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Market Expansion and Monetization Lead to drive the growth of our business by identifying new market opportunities, developing monetization strategies, and executing initiatives to maximize revenue. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and revenue optimization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling businesses in new markets and creating sustainable revenue streams.

**Market Expansion Strategy: **

  • Identify and evaluate new market opportunities for business growth, including geographic expansion, new customer segments, and emerging trends. 
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to inform expansion strategies. 
  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new markets, ensuring alignment with overall business objective 

**Monetization Strategy: **

  • Design and implement monetization strategies to maximize revenue from existing and new products/services. 
  • Analyzing pricing models, revenue streams, and customer lifetime value to optimize profitability. 
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to develop value propositions and pricing strategies that resonate with target audiences. 

**Pricing: **

  • Lead all company pricing decisions, ensuring alignment with market conditions, competitive positioning, and profitability goals. 
  • Develop and refine pricing models, strategies, and frameworks to maximize revenue and customer value. 
  • Monitor and adjust pricing strategies based on market trends, customer feedback, and financial performance 

**Cross-Functional Collaboration: **

  • Work closely with product, marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of market expansion and monetization initiatives. 
  • Partner with finance and analytics teams to track performance metrics, measure ROI, and refine strategies based on data-driven insights. 

**Partnerships and Alliances: **

  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships to accelerate market entry and revenue growth. 
  • Negotiate and manage partnerships with key stakeholders, including distributors, vendors, and industry influencers. 

**Performance Tracking and Reporting: **

  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for market expansion and monetization efforts. 
  • Monitor and report on progress, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership. 

**Qualifications: **

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred. 
  • 2+ years of experience in market expansion, business development, monetization, or a related role. 
  • Proven track record of successfully scaling businesses in new markets and driving revenue growth. 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies. 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing complex project
