Day to day you’ll be inside the usual customer-service tools (a shared inbox, CRM, and a ticket board), updating records as you go and flagging trends you notice.
Strong written communication and a naturally warm, courteous tone are essential. If you can switch between Spanish and English confidently that’s a plus, but what matters most is that our customers feel heard and helped.
