We operate as a distributed engineering team collaborating across multiple time zones, with a strong focus on communication, ownership, and technical excellence.
- Full-time contract (6+ months, long-term opportunity)

- Hourly contract: negotiable
- Fixed monthly salary: $1,000–$2,000/month
(Compensation will be finalized based on seniority and technical evaluation.)
- Fully Remote
- Must be available for overlap with U.S. business hours
- At least 4–5 hours overlap with U.S. Eastern Time (ET)
- Design and build scalable backend or full-stack systems
- Participate in client-facing technical calls
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Collaborate with distributed teams
- Maintain high code quality and documentation standards
- Strong experience in Python, Node.js, or similar backend stack
- Experience with REST APIs and database design
- Cloud experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure preferred)
- Excellent written and spoken English communication
- Experience working with U.S.-based clients is a plus
