We’re looking for a skilled Long-Form Video Editor who knows how to turn raw footage into engaging, high-retention content. If you’ve worked on videos that are currently trending or have strong performance, we want to see them.
???? Responsibilities
Edit long-form videos (YouTube, podcasts, interviews, educational content, etc.)
Structure content for strong storytelling, pacing, and viewer retention
Add clean cuts, transitions, graphics, captions, sound effects, and music when needed
Follow brand style guidelines and creative direction
Deliver edits on time and respond to feedback efficiently
? Requirements
Proven experience editing long-form content
Strong understanding of pacing, hooks, and audience retention
Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Must provide work samples
