Luxe Micro Estates is a boutique tiny home builder and community developer based in California. We design and build upscale tiny homes and manage communities that provide modern, efficient living spaces with luxurious touches.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to manage procurement, inventory, and shipping for our tiny home projects. This role is crucial in ensuring that materials arrive on time, projects stay on schedule, and finished units are delivered safely to our clients and communities.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate supply chain activities including procurement and delivery of building maLos Angelesterials (lumber, fixtures, appliances, etc.) to our build sites.
  • Track inventory levels, place orders, and schedule deliveries to support just-in-time production.
  • Communicate with suppliers, vendors, freight carriers, and construction crews to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues.
  • Plan and oversee transportation of completed tiny homes to customers and development sites, including permitting and route planning.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, shipping documents, and inventory.
  • Collaborate with project managers and design teams to align logistics with project timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and safety requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a logistics coordinator, supply chain specialist, or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with logistics software, spreadsheets, and project management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience in construction, manufacturing, or related industries preferred.
  • Based in the United States (Pacific Time preferred); able to work remotely with periodic in-person visits if needed.
